Director of Leadership (Talent Assessments)

Lead the Talent Assessments team in developing and implementing strategies to assess and enhance leadership capabilities within USAA. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and design programs to address them, impacting organizational effectiveness and member satisfaction.

Proven experience in talent assessment, leadership development, and organizational psychology. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of leadership competencies. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and manage a team effectively.
