Loan Compliance Officer

Develop, administer, and monitor programs that ensure bank compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct regular audits, prepare reports, and provide training to staff to maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within the banking industry; strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations; excellent analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.
