As an Employee Relations Partner, you will manage complex performance management cases, advise HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on performance management approaches, and develop investigative processes. You will handle a high-volume caseload, primarily focused on performance, attendance, and conduct matters for both exempt and non-exempt employee populations. Additionally, you will support the development of scalable performance enablement tools, monitor ER trends, and contribute to the development and refinement of ER policies and governance frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of corporate Employee Relations or HR Compliance experience, with a deep focus on performance management. Proven ability to independently manage 30+ ER cases in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is essential. A strong working knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA) and practical experience applying them to ER cases is required. Excellent written and communication skills, high attention to detail, and experience using ER data and case trends to influence leadership decisions are also necessary.
