Site Manager

Oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wolverhampton, including roof installation, shutter doors, and M&E works. Manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and report progress to senior management.

Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of roofing, shutter door installation, and M&E works. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage teams effectively and deliver quality results within deadlines.
