Responsibilities include labor distribution, harvesting coordination, media preparation, crop relocation, and performance analysis. You'll also manage labor reports, training needs, and enforce HSE rules.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a degree in Agriculture or Horticulture, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive approach to quality control are required.
