Sterling Management Development Program (SMDP)

The SMDP is a bespoke recruitment campaign leading into an intensive 12-month rotational program, offering insight and cross-border exposure to enable participants to emerge as well-rounded professionals equipped with diverse skills and competencies.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience from any sector, a minimum of a Master's degree or relevant professional certification from an accredited institution, and be no older than 32 years at the time of application.
