The Specialisterne Academy offers a fully online, 8-week employment prep program for autistic learners, blending technical and soft skill instruction to prepare for the IT industry. Participants earn industry-recognized credentials and gain practical experience.

Applicants must be autistic adults (18+), located in the US Eastern Timezone, authorized to work in the US, and available for full-time participation. A high school diploma is required, and interest in IT is essential. Previous IT experience is not necessary.
