Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at Shield AI, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for engineering and technical roles. This includes developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Your efforts will be vital in building a team that drives the company's mission forward.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to assess technical competencies are required. Experience in the defense or technology sectors is a plus.
