Manager OR & Sterile Processing Dept. (SPD)

Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department at Sharp Coronado Hospital. Ensure efficient workflow, maintain high standards of patient care, and manage a team of surgical staff. Collaborate with physicians and other departments to optimize surgical services.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in perioperative services, including 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile processing standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
