Human Resource Associate Recruiter

Russell Tobin is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support the Real Estate, Property & Construction sector. Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting, developing a pipeline of candidates, building innovative sourcing strategies, and partnering with Account Managers to understand client needs. The role also involves providing constructive feedback to candidates and evolving recruiting best practices.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of agency recruiting experience within the Real Estate and/or Construction sectors. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and work cross-functionally are essential.
