Accounting and Finance Consulting Manager - Public Company Solutions

As an Accounting and Finance Consulting Manager, you will lead multiple engagements, providing technical accounting and financial advisory services to clients, including IPOs and public company M&A. Responsibilities include managing consulting work plans, delivering high-quality client service, collaborating with firm specialists, preparing technical memos, supervising engagement teams, overseeing engagement economics, and developing others within the AFC practice.

Candidates should have a BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in public accounting or SEC financial reporting. Proficiency in US GAAP and Regulation S-X is required, along with excellent team and project management skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills, and a proven record of building profitable client relationships. Preferred qualifications include PCAOB audit experience, familiarity with COSO internal control integrated framework, experience with large or complex transactions like IPOs, and CPA or equivalent certification.
