Create a seamless process to get agents activated and set up in reZEN, oversee the end-to-end process, coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding, provide training and support to new agents, monitor and report on onboarding metrics, continuously improve onboarding processes.
Experience in agent onboarding or related field, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in relevant software and tools, knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations, ability to analyze data and generate reports, problem-solving skills, adaptability and willingness to learn.
