As a Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring financial success through budgeting and forecasting. You'll lead a team, enforce company policies, and maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant cleanliness.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work various shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
