About this role

As a Senior Manager in Corporate Development, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing transactions that expand PwC's capabilities, industry presence, or talent pool. You will work closely with service line leaders, partners, and executive leadership to assess the strategic fit and operational alignment with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity. A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and research skills are essential. Proven executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required. Experience within or working with a Big 4 or other global consulting/professional services business is advantageous.
