Department: Partnerships and Consulting

Plan, schedule, and implement Pula’s grant-funded projects, define project scope and deliverables, and manage stakeholder relations to support smallholder farmers through innovative insurance and digital products.

At least 5 years experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in social enterprise, NGO, UN, or similar organizations. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
