Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Performance Contracting, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include creating and managing punch lists, preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, coordinating with field supervisors, and managing subcontractor work. Your role is pivotal in maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of construction management experience, particularly in metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Management is preferred, along with OSHA certification. Local candidates are preferred.
