Staff Data Engineer

As a Staff Data Engineer at Perchwell, you'll lead the development of our data infrastructure, building scalable data pipelines and systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and availability, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the future of our data strategy and platform capabilities.

Candidates should have a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in data engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in building real-time and batch data systems, experience with cloud data warehouses and data lakes, and strong skills in tools like Airflow, Java, Python, Kafka, and SQL are essential.
