Health Information System (HIS) Senior Technical Officer

Work on the USAID Strengthening Local Health Security Activity in Vietnam, focusing on strengthening health information systems to effectively prevent, detect, and respond to emerging infectious diseases through One Health approaches.

Master’s degree preferred. At least five years of professional experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining information systems, with a focus on health information systems. Proven experience with HL7 FHIR standards and healthcare data interoperability.
