MEL Director

Department: Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning

As the MEL Director, you will lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts across One Acre Fund's programs. You will develop and implement MEL strategies, oversee data collection and analysis, and ensure continuous improvement of program outcomes.

Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to develop and implement MEL strategies. Experience in team leadership and capacity building. Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies.
