As the Director of Engineering, you will lead the engineering team in developing and maintaining technology solutions that support One Acre Fund's operations. You will oversee software development, system architecture, and technical strategy to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

Extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Strong knowledge of system architecture and design. Ability to develop and implement technical strategies. Experience with scalable and efficient technology solutions. Knowledge of the nonprofit sector is a plus.
