Consultant: Integrated Pest Management

As a Consultant for Integrated Pest Management, you will develop and implement adaptive, evidence-based IPM frameworks tailored to the unique pest challenges and agricultural contexts across One Acre Fund's countries of operation. You will work closely with the Global Lead for IPM and in-country teams to deliver sustainable, practical pest management strategies that reduce pesticide reliance while enhancing crop yields and farm resilience.

5+ years of experience in integrated pest management, pest control, or a related field. Certification in pest management or a related field (e.g., CEPA, BCE). Strong knowledge of pest management regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Experience with pesticide application, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Familiarity with IPM software and technology, including monitoring and tracking systems.
