Assistant Manager - Palm Plantation

The Assistant Manager - Palm Plantation is responsible for supporting the overall management and operations of the plantation, ensuring optimal yield and efficiency while maintaining sustainable agricultural practices. This role involves supervising field activities, workforce management, implementing best agronomic practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in palm plantation management or a similar agricultural role. Strong knowledge of palm cultivation, pest control, and harvesting techniques. Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis. Familiarity with sustainable agriculture practices and regulatory requirements. Willingness to work in remote plantation locations with field exposure.
