R.N. Case Manager

The R.N. Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. This role involves collaborating with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services, promoting optimal patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse with current Montana license. Experience in case management and knowledge of InterQual methodology preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
