Director of LDRP

In collaboration with the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the LDRP Nursing Director assumes responsibility for the planning, organization, and delivery of patient care in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum units. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse with current Montana license. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within LDRP. Strong knowledge of obstetric nursing practices and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
