As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. At least two years of customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus. Experience with a ticketing/CRM system is strongly preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
