The Coordinator, Development will provide administrative support to three executives overseeing unscripted development for Bravo and Peacock. Responsibilities include managing heavy phones, calendars, and contacts; coordinating expenses and travel; interfacing with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent; tracking internal documents; managing multiple productions and corresponding calendars; arranging new series kick-off meetings and returning series distributions; tracking indemnity and insurance and production payments; and completing other creative and administrative duties as assigned.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Television Programming, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred qualifications include working experience at a network or production company level, previous experience managing an executive-level desk/office in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, ability to anticipate the needs of the executives/team, a strong interest in unscripted programming, attention to detail with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, personable with the ability to interface with the creative community and all levels of NBCUniversal staff, ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals, and strong creative instincts with the ability to generate original ideas for Unscripted content.
