Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support clinical staff by preparing records for clinics, admissions, and procedures. Handle patient information with discretion and assist in retrieving records as needed.
Associate's degree in health information or medical record technology. Certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Technician or Administrator. Experience in medical record management is preferred.
