Management Trainee - IA/NE Region

The Management Trainee Program is a 7-month leadership and management development initiative designed for recent graduates. Trainees gain hands-on experience in all dealership departments, including strategic planning, team building, and business operations, preparing them for future leadership roles within MHC.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a strong preference for those with leadership and sales experience. A commitment to quality work and excellent customer service is essential. Willingness to relocate upon permanent placement is required.
