Student Success Coach

The Student Success Coach will provide individualized coaching to students, focusing on academic planning, goal setting, and personal development. This role involves monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to improve retention and graduation rates.

An Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of full-time student services or college teaching experience are required. Experience working with international students and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
