Assistant Vice President - Structured Finance

Assist with the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of offshore companies engaged in structured finance transactions, including CLO/CDOs, Note Programs, Repackaging vehicles, and Insurance and Reinsurance companies.

Experience in structured finance transactions, with a strong understanding of CLO/CDOs, Note Programs, and Repackaging vehicles. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
