In this role, you'll manage daily administrative tasks related to benefits, leaves of absence, and other People Operations processes. You'll assist in developing and executing procedures to improve employee experience and support the onboarding process.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in an administrative role, strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian, and a passion for organizational work. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a self-motivated attitude are key. This hybrid role requires regular presence in our Vilnius office.
