Sales Concierge

As a Sales Concierge, you will be the first point of engagement, responsible for answering inbound calls, fielding basic questions, and routing potential customers to the appropriate department or studio. This role involves creating rapport with prospective customers and assisting with daily operations as needed.

Candidates should have exceptional people skills, experience in customer-facing industries, patience, professionalism, and a passion for the EV industry. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
