Primary Care Physician

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic conditions, in a value-based care setting with a focus on senior health.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine; open to Residents and Fellows; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.
