As a Concierge at Liv Health, you will act as a liaison between partner doctors and patients, guiding patients through the appointment process, educating them on prescribed regimens, and providing health coaching to help them achieve desired goals. You'll communicate with patients via phone, email, and the company's electronic messaging system, input orders, update patient files in the company EMR, and research health trends to better provide recommendations to patients and doctors.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or related health coaching field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in a medical office using medical terminology. Previous experience serving as a health coach or similar role with high patient contact is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong technological and computer skills, and a highly organized and self-motivated approach are essential.
