The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple African markets, ensuring efficient onboarding of customers onto the Leta platform and managing third-party logistics partners to meet delivery SLAs. This role involves developing operational strategies aligned with company goals, managing budgets, and collaborating with departments like Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, and HR to drive growth and innovation.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with proven experience in operations management, particularly within supply chain and logistics for e-commerce sectors. Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential, along with experience in managing global customers and rolling out SaaS solutions across multiple markets. Proficiency in project management, process improvement methodologies, and relevant software tools is required.
