As a Technical Recruiter at Lensa, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to join our growing team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your role will directly impact the company's ability to innovate and deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of software development roles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A background in using applicant tracking systems and familiarity with various sourcing techniques is preferred.
