Staff Accountant

This on-site position involves managing accounts payable and receivable, recording and posting journal entries, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, supporting cash flow projections and budget preparation, preparing and processing customer invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting in preparing 1099s and other compliance-related reporting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years of accounting experience. A background in distribution or manufacturing is strongly preferred, and candidates should be comfortable handling both clerical tasks and higher-level accounting responsibilities.
