Oversee all HR functions for Läderach North America, including strategic HR leadership, payroll management, policy development, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, data analysis, and budget management.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 5-7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail or multi-unit operations; strong leadership and communication skills; expertise in HRIS systems, particularly UKG and SAP; ability to build cross-cultural relationships; organizational and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws; HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and bilingual in English and Spanish or German preferred.
