Lead and oversee all operational aspects of KOKO Networks in Rwanda, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in operations management within a similar industry. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving operational excellence. Familiarity with the Rwandan market and regulatory environment is advantageous.
