Director of Security (Physical)

As the Director of Security, you will oversee the physical security operations for KoBold Metals, ensuring the safety of our personnel, assets, and facilities. This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing security teams, and responding to security incidents.

Candidates should have extensive experience in physical security management, with a background in law enforcement or military service. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop comprehensive security plans are essential. A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
