As the first point of contact for our Market Center, you'll create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all visitors, clients, and agents. You'll manage front desk operations, phone systems, office supply coordination, and provide general administrative support with a strong focus on hospitality, communication, and organization.
1+ year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic technology troubleshooting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
