Plasterer

KAT Stucco is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Stucco/EIFS, capable of performing site visits, overseeing ongoing work, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety standards, and communicating project details to the office and on-site managers. This role offers excellent pay, paid vacation, and sick days.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Stucco/EIFS, a valid driver's license, and a strong understanding of finish systems and their applications. The ability to oversee subcontractor quality, progress, and timelines is essential. Safety awareness and effective communication skills are required. A clean driving record is mandatory.
