Lead, Learning Technologist and Analyst

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of learning technologies and analytics strategies to enhance Johnson & Johnson's global learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs, select appropriate technologies, and analyze learning data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of learning technologies, data analysis, and the ability to drive change within a large organization.

Candidates should have a Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in learning and development, including 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in learning management systems, e-learning development tools, and data analytics platforms is required. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in driving organizational change are essential.
