Director of Operations, Program Management

As Director of Operations, Program Management, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs within Jabra Hearing. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our programs and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes are essential. A background in the hearing aid or medical device industry is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus. PMP certification is advantageous.
