Product Operations Lead

As the Product Operations Lead at Ilara Health, you will oversee the operational aspects of our product offerings. This includes managing product lifecycles, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery, and analyzing product performance to inform strategic decisions. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the needs of healthcare providers and contribute to the company's mission of enhancing healthcare access in Africa.

The ideal candidate should have experience in product management or operations, with a strong understanding of product development processes. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are necessary, along with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. A background in healthcare or health tech is a plus. A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
