Data Analyst

Ilara Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to support data-driven strategies and contribute to the optimization of our healthcare solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on improving healthcare delivery in primary care clinics across Africa.

Candidates should have a strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software. Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
