As a Ssr. IT Recruiter at Howdy, you'll be responsible for proactively sourcing and placing top IT talent, managing the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, and building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates. Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates for open positions. Research and develop a deep understanding of position requirements to independently manage part of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication and effective tracking throughout the hiring process. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress. Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage your workload. Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
