The Patient Care Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring patient comfort.

High School diploma or equivalent education; experience in patient care or related field preferred; ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members; knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
