IT Recruiter (Remote – Commission-Based)

As an IT Recruiter at Ho2 Systems LLC, you will source and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles, including developers, analysts, project managers, engineers, and consultants. Your responsibilities will include reviewing job postings, analyzing requirements, and matching qualified candidates from databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. You will screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, prepare and submit resumes in client-ready formats, and manage candidate communications throughout the process. Additionally, you will maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates and collaborate with Ho2 Systems' leadership team to meet placement goals and grow client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT recruiting, either in an agency or corporate setting. Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, and networking, are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively screen candidates and manage client relationships. The ability to assess technical and cultural fit through interviews and to prepare client-ready resumes is crucial. A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently are important for success in this role.
