About this role

We are looking for motivated and people-friendly Field Onboarding Agents to help grow the his.doctor platform by engaging potential users in the community. You will be responsible for reaching out to individuals on the street, educating them about the platform, and assisting them in signing up. This role combines customer outreach, onboarding, and basic data entry.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service, field sales, or community outreach is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic digital literacy (using a smartphone/tablet for data entry and sign-ups).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable speaking to strangers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
